In addition to obtaining his diploma as a model designer, he began graffiti in 2003, inspired directly by the young rising scene of hexagonal and European graffiti (Marko 93, say132, Daim, Vesod, Dran, Gray One, Inti, Vhils, No Art ...) but also by the world of comics (Enki Bilal, Frank Miller ...).

The paint bomb is its favorite tool because it is the ideal medium for paint in large format and above all leaves it great freedom as to the choice of supports.

The abandoned places, worn by time, wasteland and factories left in the hands of nature open up new perspectives. In 2009, he put aside his figurative work to develop a more abstract work, through forms in volume circulating and materializing in incongruous places. From then on, he strives to get the graffiti out of his conventions by making him evolve on the floor, the ceilings ...

In the street, fallow, on canvas or in an installation, the shape of his work takes on meaning with the elements around him. Together, they create a melody that is inspired by the melancholy of the place where we are.

Photography plays an important role in transcribing these emotions, leaving a trace of these works dedicated to disappear, too.

The street is its playground. He finds different surfaces there which allow him to materialize his work.

With the canvas, he plunges into the chassis, he transmitted a soul, inspired by these same wasteland walls marked by time.

Never really finished, his field of experimentation has no limits. Because even if there is no more canvases or walls, remains the open way of his imagination.

Born in 1985 and Raised in Paris, Djalouz is a French Mixed Media Artist and Street Activist. In 2003, he graduated in design and Became Involved in Graffiti.

He was directly inspired by the young french and European rising scene (Marko 93, say132, Daim, Vesod, Dran, Gray One, Inti, Vhils, No Art ...) and also by comic Strip University (Enki Bilal, Frank Miller).

Photography has also an important role in emotional transcription by leaving a trace of these works that due to their very nature are bound to disappear. Manufactured landscapes are by far his favourite playground.
