The Shruti app is a healthcare screening and diagnosis telemedicine software designed to work in conjunction with the ENTraview™, a product of Medtronic plc. The ENTraview™ is a portable, battery operated device which can be used by a trained Community Health Workers to screen the ear through examination of the ear canal and the tympanic membrane. When paired with the ENTraview™, the app enables trained Community Health Workers (CHWs) to examine a patient’s external auditory canal, capture patient information and capture images of the condition. The ClickMedix™ app in the device sends the data to remote clinical experts for diagnosis and receives guidance on recommended course of action. Using the ClickMedix™ app in the device, the CHW captures patient information, patient history, images of the condition and sends it to remote clinical experts for diagnosis.
Access to this app is only available for partners of the Shruti Program at Medtronic plc.
